Small Meets Sustainable

As the MuuYee teaches us - you can never be too small to make a difference.

We love the colour palette of nature!

Earth’s refuse like Pomegranate shell, Eucalyptus branches and fallen wild leaves are used to add bursts of colour.

Crafting With Communities

We are always exploring new ways to create with care for the maker, the user and the earth.

Milky Way

Sail down the Milky Way and find your forest friends - the old world monkey and the Macchabagha looking dapper in new rompers!

Postcards

An ode to loving messages made by hands - created, written, posted, & delivered!

Muuyee Collections

Our textiles are made of natural fibers and coloured with withered plant wonders, to give the rich hues. The patterns and motifs are created using ancient Shibori and Bandhej techniques. Carefree and unrestricted by gender or occasion, they are for anyone with a wild imagination.

Milky Way

Milky Way

Milky way is a forest party, with streams of white handloom cutting across all colours with milky brightness.

New concoctions are made from old textile scraps turned into patches, buttons and braids. Our shy tan hue is tea -dyed with waste tea leaves.

Sail down the Milky Way and find your forest friends - the old world monkey and the Macchabagha looking dapper in new rompers!

Bachoo

Bachoo

A naive, delightful, black and white imaginative world of doodles by a six year old translated into textile rag dolls.
The little girl drew without any boundaries of a canvas - walls, floors and even her own skin. Each doodle was translated into these rag dolls with hand embroidered clothes and a unique personality.

Noon Light

Noon Light

An ode to sleepy afternoons - when grown ups turn to slumber, children come out to play in the webs of sunbeams under the trees. Heads of roses, faces full of laughter. Sharing secrets and dancing to the afternoon babble of birds.
Children gather like ants on the warm earth and build kingdoms on her colourful carpet. The soft noon light passes through the supple silk, coloured from extracts of pomegranate peel, roots & wild leaves. A collection of festive, easy clothing for the nimble children of the light.

Noon - what a time to be alive!

My Darling Earth

My Darling Earth is a walk in the forest amid some lesser-known & endangered creatures of the Indian jungles. Though the forest faces great threat today, by giving these creatures a place in your home you are retelling the story of protecting, preserving & cohabiting with wildlife on this beautiful planet. These creatures and their habitats are brought to life in the form of Wearables, Playmates and Shibori textile artworks.

Testimonials

Ayano Izumi

Beautiful combinations of natural colours and soothing texture. My daughter in the Muuyee dress was lightly jumping and running, like a butterfly and melted in nature. She did not even want to take it off!

Muuyee clothes are a beautiful amalgamation of conscious clothing and soft comfort. Children like the ease of wear and the whimsical motifs. This shirt and the trouser made my son feel both. Surely makes both mum and son happy.

Mrudu Nath

This batik kurta has a very special smart cut to it. Sanvi looked so cute in it. The feel of the fabric against the skin is something really nice. I knew she was at ease and completely comfortable. She could run and jump around freely in it.
